Based in Rochester. We go a lot further than that.
Local rates apply within 55 miles of the job. Past that the state prices by weight and distance, and out of state we run under our own federal authority. Here's the honest map of where we work and what it costs you in each band.
The 55-mile line.
This single number decides how your move is priced in Washington, so it's worth knowing which side of it you're on before you call anyone.
Within 55 miles — hourly
Priced by the hour under Tariff 15-C, inside the minimum and maximum the Commission sets. This covers essentially all of Thurston County and most of the South Sound from our base in Rochester.
Beyond 55 miles — weight and distance
Priced on what your shipment weighs and how far it goes, not on the clock. Longer moves inside Washington sit here. Crossing a state line moves you onto federal rules instead.

Statewide & interstate
Longer Washington moves are priced by weight and distance. Out-of-state moves run under our federal operating authority — MC 1781177 — which means your shipment stays on our truck instead of being sold on to a broker.

Not on the list? It probably still works. Rochester sits right on I-5, which is most of why we can reach so much of this state in a day. Call and ask.
Why a small operator can be the better call locally.
The phone gets answered by an owner
Not a dispatcher reading a script off a screen. The person who picks up is the person responsible for your job, and speed of response is most of what decides who gets hired in this business.
One truck means one crew
The people who load your things are the people who unload them. Nothing gets transferred between trucks in a warehouse, because we don't have a warehouse to transfer it in.
The lift gate on a 24-footer
Plenty of local operators run smaller trucks off a ramp. Ours goes up level, which matters the moment there's a washer, a safe or a pallet involved.
Tell us where you're starting and where you're going.
We'll tell you which side of the 55-mile line you're on, what that means for how you're priced, and set up a free walkthrough.
